thats not how you do it...training mishap

Well i pretty much fucked up a bench press today:


I wanted too much weight and was already too exhausted. I barely made it and did not end it in a clean way.

After that my left arm was shaky and my bizeps hurts like hell. I could bend my elbow only like 100°.

Well went to physio after my training and have two sessions now where she gets my arm back too normal. One massage + heat application already did help alot.

but i´m kinda pissed that i did such a beginner mistake.

had physio today. she tried to ease muscle tension but it hurt like hell. its better now but i really had to bite to endure this.
 
god dammit...is there any physio therapist here who can teach me some tricks?

I usually do... my left arm feels like my muscles there are constantly under tension. I know it only takes a few days to go back but the feeling sucks
 
25 years ago I got over zealous and loaded the "T" bar to do wings, and still suffer from lower back pain.

No thats not what happened. I actually take great care to peotect my bones, joints ect. What happened to me is i propably overstretched my muscles. Its already a bit better today.
