TEEN gives Birth to Baby, Man says he never did SEX

NISKAYUNA, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Niskayuna Police say a town man is facing a charge of felony predatory "sexual assault" after his alleged 11-year-old victim recently gave birth to a baby at Bellevue Women's Center.

DNA test results had come back positively identifying Robert Cronin as the father of the infant. During a jailhouse interview with Anya Tucker, Cronin did not deny that the baby is his, yet he claims he NEVER actually had SEX with the girl.

Anya asked, "Do you understand why it would be hard for people to understand the reasoning behind this conception that you’re offering?" "Yes," said Cronin.

He claims the unidentified girl, who was known to him, became PREGNANT after she used an article of clothing that he had used to PLEASURE himself with. He said the Niskayuna Police who arrested him are just lacking in scientific knowledge.

Police aren’t buying his story. Cronin was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and felony predatory sexual assault against a child less than 13.

The baby and the baby mama are said to be in safe places and being well cared for.

It would be very odd/awkward for the girl to use the inseminated clothes on herself in such a specific technique in which she gets pregnant. For this reason, I think the man is guilty and should be punished. Disgusting story and case. Such an easy decision for judge.

the matter is that why this girl remain quite for 9months after she got raped and not complained about the incident and it become evident on birth of her baby it reflects that there is a high chance she got pregnant by using clothes of man with semen on them and had no knowledge about whether she can become pregnant by using them

You are maybe right. She could be having a secret love affair with the man too. There are many possibilities to this case. It may not be even rape. But in US law, consensual with a minor is considered rape. Honestly, the girl should give the real story. Was it forced, was it accidental, was it coincidental. I can say for sure, the guy's life will be changed. He is put on a black-list for now.

well there is only one problem , the story is as likely as you get pregnant in a pull that somebody masturbated in .
the chance is as likely as a shooting star hit earth next 10 years or as likely as what happened in the movie Knowing happen in real life .

by the way legally it won't matter having intercourse with the child ,any sort of sexual activity with that child is illegal , even having sexual themed photos of her .
