Yup, saw this a while back.

A truly outstanding talk and Capt Raman is a truly excellent speaker, more presentations need to be made like this so the people know exactly what their taxes are paying for and what their sons and daughter are out there doing.

I had watched this video about a month back. I liked the way this guy described the operation.
But one thing that confuses me is, how come a guy with so much knowledge be just a "captain"???somebody with so much knowledge of the ops is either a Maj or a Lt.Col.
Capt Raghu Raman spent close to 11 years in Indian Army, so how come he was a capt when he applied for VRS?
Just curious!
