There was a clause in election forum of 2018 to declare all assets and then FBR gave this Tax Amenesty. Why they gave Amenesty just before filling election papers why didn't they waited after the election. The timing is wrong for this Tax Amenesty.
On one prospect this will help to increase FBR revinue and will bring a lot of money into the Tax circle but the timing of this move is harming our attempt to fight corruption. If FBR wanted to make this move they should have done it after the election. This is a back door to asset declaration forum in election filling papers. Please update me if my thinking is wrong.
If FBR wants to generate revenue Great. All those taking part in 2018 election should be excluded from this at least.
