Supreme Court should give stay order against Supply Route reopening

If we have a democratic in Pakistan, which is guaranteed through the constitution, the Supreme Court must ensure the democratic system is followed and any re-opening is done through the Parliament.

I would truly accept the greatness and law enforcing ability of this court if it shows the guts to do this.

Supreme Court is not a Government; their job role is different. They have no authority to interfere in government affairs unless there is an evidence to prove the government is disloyal to her oath

still they cant dictate the policy but replace the leadership by disqualifying it

First decide what are the pillars of your democracy. then decide the role and then align their role with different pillars to intend smooth and efficient functioning.
