Supplies of weapons to terrorists by India?

I have searched in vain in forums for an answer before posing this question. I was hoping to find out exactly what proof has been unearthed regarding Indian supply of weapons to terrorist operating in Pakistan?

If someone has answered with some specifics,pl. guide me to the post. I mean solid irrefutable evidence,not just some allegations made in a blog.

I am not trying to stir up anything here,but I keep reading that RAW did this and RAW did that, and it just defies my belief that some Indian sarkari dept. can even tie their shoe laces without screwing it up.

Again,just point me in the right direction and then delete this thread if need be.

No proof ... if there is proof they would have made a big diplomatic issue. The silence of their government shows that there's nothing ... those weapons might be the ones supplied by their own ISI
