ISLAMABAD - Oct 02: Mohammad Javed is a cobbler working at a roadside in G-9/4. His daily earnings must be much less than the official per capita income in Pakistan, which would not allow him to send his children to school. But as a responsible father, conscious of the value of education, he brings his son Fayyaz and daughter Taqaddus along to his work place and teaches them himself.
