Not very impressed.. food is still prepared by humans.. I've seen this in Amsterdam ages ago in self service outlets.. the only "new" innovation is in the way of serving and the computerised command.. but then Mc Donald has that for a while now!

The last xfiles season had an entire episode on disgruntled robot cooks.
Although it was more about losing ourselves to technology

One of the founders is an Egyptian named Michael Farid. @Gomig-21

I didn't know that. Thanks for letting me know, that's very cool. I did hear about this on NPR about a month ago or so. There was an individual who just kept harping about the fact that it would still never be the same as a human making and serving your food. True to some extent. But then again, that might not be for everyone.

Already saw it in Japan and Korea 2 years ago... Did they need MIT guys to get the "premium look" or what?
Ah... those "Innovative startups"... Where innovation is only a question of Image...
What a waste of Brain Cells and money... The "Gratin" of MIT will found themselves in big shot companies... while the last of the promotion will get all the publicity and money thx to retarded projects...

The good old revolutionary startups... I miss you...
