Only for short term gains. Tesla is a longterm bet but spacex has a very limited shelf life. The customer base is limited. And all these Mars pipedreams will prove to be the drain. The Government will support with satellite and space station launches but the non commercial expenditure cannot be sustained.

On the contrary, there will be significant expenditure in space infrastructure from both civilian and government perspectives.

Once launch costs are further reduced. Then SpaceX will be the new TSLA, if not better.
