Should a new HJ-8 EFP top-attack variant be produced?

So I was digging through videos about the BGM-71 Tow and discovered a variant that used Explosively Formed Penetrators (EFP) to attack the top of a tank which can pretty much destroy any tank around right now and the results are impressive. My idea is that Pakistan either makes an EFP variant of the HJ-8 or makes a new Fire-and-Forget system using these which could in theory be developed from the HJ-8 also.
Remember these guarantee Indian tanks are destroyed in one hit, hell look at what happened to this T-72.
