Sounds like a business opportunity. If anyone has some unused land, can't imagine you need much to set it up into a shooting range.

Yes, it's a couple hours drive from Lahore... It's called the "The Indian Border". I heard the targets are fugly looking and run away like chicken. Nevertheless, its a pretty fun shooting range.

You might have to look outside Lahore in that case. Branded weaponry, "upper end shops" and shooting ranges are expensive always, atleast 5 times more.

A simple google search will yield a good number of nice shooting ranges in Lahore though, you can contact them as well and inquire.
