Ctrl key something is what he said to my brother on phone which was on loud speaker.
We decided to play along and laugh. He realized he isn't getting through to tricking us so he threatened us by saying he going to hack our computers.
This was just about 40 minutes ago.

I have had same phone call twice first time I wasted the time by going upstairs and downstairs I told him I have 4 computers and then I asked him which one is hacked and then he gave up, second time I told them the same thing that i have a mac and the guy on the phone was confused on how to move forward.
