Leading Pakistani actress Reema Khan has said in an interview on a private TV channel that superstar Shaan Shahid was very arrogant due to his background when they started working together.

During the interview she said, “Shaan is the son of filmmaker Riaz Shahid and writer Madam Neelo. This is what made him underestimate others. He was very choosy while working with female artists.”

Reema further said, “Things got to a point that we did not work together from 1994, but then we did our last movie Nikkah in 1998. During this gap he preferred working with other actresses as compared to me which became a challenge for me. I am thankful to him for this, as it gave me the determination to work hard and prove myself.”

She might not be wrong about him. I also perceived Shaan as jealous type which later became clear in the award show duel between Shaan and Ali Zafar; family-related to Amir Khan.

Look at Imran Khan. He gets jealous when Shahid Afridi praises Shabhaz Sharif.

You can call it political issue or personal issue but i think not including Imran Khan as part of the tribute is good decision given the 'patechar' comment that presented poor light for PSL after all the hard works and positive spirits spent on PSL in front of Pakistan for sake of Pakistan. Feel free to disagree with me. You never know with Imran Khan that can inadvertently put the tribute in misplaced situation like PSL. Only God knows best.

That being said, as for jealously; the definition stands still given the premature reaction from Imran Khan despite the fact that Afridi didn't criticize PTI in anyhow; rather the sparked premature reaction is due to the credit being given other than Imran Khan doesn't sit well with Imran Khan.
