PESHAWAR: Security forces captured two
militant strongholds in Kismet Sur and Sunghar
areas of Tirah valley in Khyber tribal region
after successful operations were conducted in
the areas , according to Inter Services Public
Relations (ISPR) sources.
At least 16 militants were killed during the
operation moreover scores of other militants fled
from the area leaving behind a huge cache of
arms and ammunition, which was recovered
by security forces.
Two security personnel were killed and three
others were injured during the operation.
Moreover a convoy of security forces was
ambushed in North Waziristan’s Miramshah area
on Sunday during which two security personnel
were killed and three other were injured.
In another incident in Orakzai tribal region’s
Mamozai area, at least six suspected militants
were killed and five others were injured during
clashes between security forces and militants.
Security sources told dawn.com that two security
personnel were also injured during the skirmish.

Pakistani forces will gradually take control of the valley as they did before with numerous other militant infested regions , Godspeed !
 
It's a job well done by Pak Army but Pak Army should not had allowed these rented terrorists to escape they should had send in Gun Ships to take almost all the escaping rented terrorists out & this is where I say again Pak Army desperately needs fleet of armed drones to reduce the burden on the Armed forces.
 
Good job Pakistani army. It's time for them to press harder and clean out the terrorists. RIP to the two brave soldiers.
