Say something about Selection Board

I heared and practically i observed that there no pure merit in Pak Army selection board What do you think about this objection???

that is not true. it would be safe to say that atleast 60-80% seats go on merit.

I am going to share with you my observation and experience regarding this objection
First of All I notified some of Candidates Don't know any about English physics current affairs and other subjects from which test Conduct
One of my Friend Recommended in 127 Long Course but he not deserve the post because he was uneducated totally before applying in Army he ran his own business of Cigarette Cabin.He Qualify the Intermediate with Copy Culture as you know it is opened Cultur in Sindh Rural
My second objection is that Pakistan Audits and Accounts Officer black mail the selection board members for Recommendation there owns Candidates.
