Pakistani Parliament on this week elected there new Prime Minister Raja Parvaiz Ashraf who is known more in the country as rental Raja. He has introduced the failed policy of rental power plants in the country. on the other hand the incumbent President Asif Ali Zardari widower of late Benazir Bhutto needs no introduction and very high on popularly chart in the country and famously known as Mr. 10 percent in the political and social circle of Pakistan.
So what fellow Pakistanis think about this combination though it is for short period of time as Parliament will complete its scheduled tenure in early next year

These two people may be the corrupt head of the system but real corruption affecting people are by the lower level corrupt government employee. So corruption is like a hydra. Even you remove the head, the corruption will remain. TO solve the situation one has to overhaul the system. It will be long and hard journey to get corruption free society.

Bottom up will have immediate impact. Top down will have delayed impact. Both will achieve its goal in long run. Success of both or another method depend upon the sincerity of the implementation.
