Reference on article 63 delayed for another month

Seems the reference will be held
1- either after PTI is disqaluifed by election comission and party disbanded
2- in 2022 end when PPPP PMLN are done with their "thing"
3- 2030 after IK is dead

If IK comes in power IMO first thing he should is send a reference against judge for delaying his key judicary activity
