Public holidays in order to commemorate religious festivals of minorities...

I have a question for all the Pakistanis in this forum. Don't you think minority holidays should be designated as national holidays as Pakistan? Many Pakistanis complain that the population of minorities is negligible in the country, however if we compare with neighbouring Bangladesh, then Christmas and Buddha purnima is a national holiday in Bangladesh although Buddhists and Christians are less than 1% each in respect to the total population of Bangladesh. So what do you say?

I think employers must be legally obliged to allow minorities to take off their religious holidays as leave.

We already have quite a lot of public holidays.
