I watched this Speech it was very good and like always very articulate.. Dick Cheney was doing a speech Exactly at the same time at a different venue defending Bush's policies lol

GWB takes a lot of heat but you'll note Obama's reference to Nairobi and Dar es Salaam as well as Ramzi bin al-Shibh. These legal issues reach well into the Clinton Administration as well.

I didn't watch Cheney's speech and have no interest in doing so. I'm a neo-con republican but there's little point in standing on the past. The good can be kept, the middlin' to be determined, and the bad rejected...

...and move on. Tomorrow's another day in this war.

I'll give Bush credit for one thing.. where its rightly due!! and thats Africa..

Africa received the most Aid under GWB than any other President in the History of the US. Millions and millions of dollars for HIV treatments and community building etc.. Props for that ..
