Having observed a number of members here going Gung Ho on having achieved milestones such as X number of posts or Y number of thanks to their posts or precentages of posts Vs thanks etc , I wonder what would encourage a poster more / most :
1. An intelligent , constructive reply to your post or a thank you or both.
2.Contributing something to a subject you are interested in or close to your heart .
3.Gaining knowledge on a subject hitherto unknown.
4. Having got the better of another in an exchange across the border.
5.Any other option..
