Possible Legal Action Against a Lawyer Who Charges Fee But Does not Fulfill Promise And Escape

I would please like to know, if ever a lawyer in Pakistan charges fee for a case and then goes abroad without informing his/her client, is there any legal action that can be taken against the lawyer?
