NOTE : this is for Pakistan & her allie (in the West : Turkey, EU, US, Saudia, Russia, UK, Canada & her eastern allies Japan & S. Korea etc.). This is not meant for reading by people of those who have not yet understood the concept of race - improvement (China & India & Africa & those sympathetic to such regional/cultural leanings) since this might offend their cultural sensibilties. If they do persist in reading this an apology in advance is forwarded for any hurt sensibilities.
Following is an expansion of the thread "Uniting & Prospering Afg-Pak Through Peace & Understanding " particularly with regards to the improvement of Pakistan's life capital (this includes human resources , live stock, and other natural resources).
Make no mistake, all science, religion, all learning is geared towards producing the best human resource & the surrounding environment : the most beautiful from the inside and outside . This so all life may live to the fullest a most beautiful and enriched and benign & blessed existence.
Just like improving material standing is ethically and morally correct, improving one's physical constitution is also the right & good thing to do. Following are measures that Pakistan may take to improve her human and other resources:
(1) A Caveat: In breeding a new race of flora or fauna Pakistan may avoid touting its mangoes or spices. This is because mangoes/spices are a tropical offering synonymous with the odd and odoriferous culture of the nonwhite races of India (the Indians themselves need love, right guidance, charity, freedom, right guidance). Pakistan may avoid telling the world what it ought to appreciate about what some misguided Pakistanis like (some of the Pakistanis of South Eastern Pakistan like Karachites like Indian fare like mangoes & spices) and instead Pakistan ought to focus on what the more enlightened and blessed parts of the world appreciate : fast beautiful horses, excellent cows (for dairy & meat), large falcons & eagles , grapes, apples etc. Pakistan in order to become like the best in the world may channel her economy to serve the highest tastes & not to export or spread the incorrect ways of our neighbors to the East (the nice Indians who are in the habit of doing some very different & Indian things).
(2) Every citizen of Pakistan may be drafted in making Pakistan an entirely benign presance for in both flora (plant life) and fauna (animal life). Most importantly the religious scholars of Pakistan must be inducted in ridding Pakistan of every non benign life form. Any animal life that harms another human being or another animal does not belong in Pakistan. This was conducted in Europe after the arrival of the religion of Ibrahim RA and after the Europeans started reading the Tanakh (Torath, Nabeein Kitabeen). In Europe there used to roam lions & all manners of non-benign life forms. After the arrival of the religion of Ibrahim RA the European clerics began the work of removing all non-benign life from their soil. Today , Europe is truly benign and folk may even sleep in the forests (as promised by Ezekiel 34).
A modern example is that of Ireland where an exalted scholar of the religion banished all reptiles from Ireland. Since this is a miraculous & right endeavor the European & Irish folk have begun to render this information classified since such knowledge of such an occurence gives Ireland an advantage. However to maintain the truly benign fauna of Pakistan , the law givers after the removal of non benign life may enact laws which prohibit the insertion of any foreign life forms in Pakistan (be it animal, plant based or human) which is non benign.
The process of removing non-benign life continues in all lands occupied by the Europeans (as in Texas & Australia) although the specifics of such endeavors are beyond the scope of this piece. Pakistan is different from her neighbors to the East. Whereas in the East some people worship certain non-benign reptiles Pakistanis & their European counter parts outlaw even the importation of such life forms. Whereas some polytheist may worship the non-benign life forms Pakistanis use pesticides to combat non benign life forms which may in any way compromise the health & safety of their populations. This too is a responsibility of the armed forces, Pakistani legislators & the guardians of the land (nay all life & humanity). Just like it is possible for Europe to be free of non-benign life even though it exists in lands like India & Africa (despite a land passage to Europe) similarly it is possible for Pakistan to be free of non benign life despite a land passage from India.
(2.2) Just like all fauna may be benign so must Pakistan only have the most benign flora. It is a common saying in the misguided parts of the world that a "a flower comes with a thorn". But this is not the case in Europe, where the best flowers have no thorns (see the tulip gardens of Tivoli). It is possible to breed roses through traditional grafting techniques (or alternatively through genetic modification) to raise a breed of flowers which have no thorns, have only the best fragrance and the brightest, fairest colors. Just like the gardener removes from his midst all weeds so must the Pakistani folk remove from their midst anything non-benign (or that which does not love- a weed may be non-toxic but it also is not a very loving plant and therefore is removed from all gardens).
(3) As a beginning the armed forces may take an interest not only in industrialization and mechanization but in raising the perfect live stock. This is because rich foods, rich soils & rich environments with plenty of waterways, grass, flowers, snowfall, entirely benign flora & fauna make for a better life experience and are important foundations of a world class economy. Justifying this statement is ofcourse beyond the scope of this piece but any Pakistani would understand the importance of this statement. An attempt to raise the best cattle for example is easy to do and is already executed by Japan. For example Japan's Wagyu cattle produce the world renowned Kobi beef. The Wagyu cattle are raised with excellent attention to detail : the cattle are provided water beds, machinery provides them with daily mechanized massages, the cattle are fed corn & grapes , barley, golden wheat straw and potatoes, apples, berries free of artificial hormones and animal byproducts. This example of raising cattle is offered so Pakistanis get in the habit of raising the best life forms upon their soil, and thus one day turn from cattle to raise the best human beings : the fairest, the softests, the gentlest, the comeliest, the most loving, the most blessed. This is also in the tradition of Hazrath Yaqub RA (later called by the name of Hazrath Israel RA by Allah SWT).
The art of raising the right cattle is akin to raising/breeding race horses and can be accomplished within one generation (with the right approach & guidance from our spiritual Imams & Ulama) and it may be accomplished almost as rapidly in the presance of competent genetic engineers & scientists. Again the focus ought to be on quality and to cater to a market that is willing to pay for this excellent breed of cattle (just like there is a multi billion dollar market for Arabian horses & Kobi beef which initially sold at $2,000/per Kg). Besides breeding excellent cattle , Pakistan may focus on breeding horses (due to Pakistan's connection with the Arabian continent, fast horses alreay have a market) , eagles (the larger the race of eagles the better ), grapes, apples , raspberries etc.
(4) Pakistan may improve the climate and culture of every patch of ground in its soil. In order to understand this Pakistanis may have to understand a spiritual lesson : one must wish for their brothers what one wishes for themselves. So if the Pathan enjoys snowfall, fair skin, blue eyes, blonde hair & beautiful lands, and an ox-bridge/Ivy league education then he must also help his Muslim-refugee from India residing in Karachi obtain snow fall, grass, flowers, rivers, grass, blonde hair, blue eyes , height and fair skin along with the best education & lifestyle. The Pakistani must wish for Saudia and the Arab the same snow fall, flowers, grass, fair skin, blue eyes, blonde hair as the best most fairest people in Pakistan or Scandinavia. This we may also wish for the Indian polytheist (if that is what they desire). We wish the best for our neighbors because as anyone knows the price of one's lands & the quality of life is influenced by the neighborhood. If our neighborhood is not entirely wholesome we Pakistanis may end up suffering.
For example to obtain snowfall for Karachi , Pakistan's best citizens may engage in bringing such weather through large scale terraformation. This spiritual or psychic technique is known to religious scholars who may advise the people to pray the "Salat-al Istasqa" but mere rain is not enough , a cooling of temperatures and even snow fall is necessary. For these reasons the state must take an interest in raising the most highly educated, gentle, refined, sheltered, loving , fair scholars of religion & the spirit & what is light who may then proceed to uplift not just the spiritual environment but also the climate and the lands. This is necessary to understand and to elaborate upon this further is beyond the scope of this piece.
Je-lousy or env- was the cause behind Hazrath Yusuf RA's suffering and the subsequent suffering of our Jewish brothers in Egypt. An example of env- is this : two neighbors had comparable quality of life. One of the neighbors obtained a beautiful eagle. God turned to the other neighbor and said : "Your neighbor has a beautiful eagle, ask and I will grant you what you wish for". Now if the neighbor is env-ous he may pray "that the neighbor's eagle fly away or the neighbor may lose their eagle" but if the neighbor has the correct spirit he will ask God "to provide all the neighbors with eagles and horses and cattle and cars and mansions and beautiful lovers and the best most heavenly lifestyle". Pakistanis in order to obtain a higher standard of living may begin to wish the same for others what they wish for themselves , they may wish the same for the Muslim-refugee-from-India what they wish for the Pathan the Punjabi etc. or for themselves.
(5) In the end the right spirit of generosity (and wishing the best or better for others) is a gift from God. The most beautiful & fair folk , the richest and fairest lands and cattle, horses, eagles, cars, mansions, lovers is also a gift from God. The cause of any disparity between a Pakistani and a European or a Pakistani & an Indian may be this : some human vessels are used as vessels of noble spirits and others human vessels are used as vessels of ignoble spirits. The religion of Ibrahim RA came so this notion of "good spirits for some and non-good spirits for some other" come to an end and so all may have the best spirits, the best lands, the best bodies, the best most highest heavens.

To understand the creation of an improved race, Pakistanis may desire to understand the concept of race.
Briefly following is a review of an account of how a race of men is created : Two identical twin brothers if raised in two entirely contradictory environments will no longer resemble one another and may thus become forefathers of a new race (particularly if their environment manages to mutate their genes and the mutation then passes to the next generation).

However if one of the twins is raised in a hot equatorial environment with famine, non-benign animals & warfare , his caucasian genes may not express themselves. For example due to higher gravity near the equatorial/tropical belt & lack of proper nutrition the twin brother may not grow up to be as tall (due to ) as his N. European twin. The hair of the twin raised by the equator will not be as blonde & straight but is likely to become curly and dark. His blue eyes will no longer be blue if exposed to extreme sunlight of the equatorial sun (the blue iris is most likely to get sun burned and once burnt may turn brown or black, as evidenced by the adverse effect of extreme sunlight upon the iris of the blue eyed soldiers visiting Iraq/Afghanistan).
The N. European raised twin brother will thus be tall, blonde, blue eyed while the Tropical/ Equatorial-raised brother may be short, dark and brown eyed. Two twin brothers raised in entirely different environments will result in the creation of two different "races" even though the two brother were born of the same parents. This is because extreme environmental conditions may mutate the genotype and this mutation may be passed to the next generation (the twin brother who grew up in the equatorial belt is likely to have less white, blonde, blue eyed children, this is seen when Anglo-Saxons who settle in the South West of the US turn up with brown eyes or brown/dark hair despite measures to remain "white"). In short this is how a race is begun.
This is how a "race" is created : an environment & breeding in such an environment can end up deciding more than destiny (it may decide our physical and spiritual well being). This is perhaps "race-ism" in the classical sense and it is the goal of all civilizations : to breed a better generation - a high, noble and unquestionably good goal. What is wrong is bigotry, hatred and harm done to another but improving one's race is the correct thing to do. This knowledge of environment (its impact) and subsequent breeding / training/ upbringing is known to horse breeders who attempt to mate the winning horse with other winning horses , or marathon runners who train in high altitude climes to physically condition their bodies, and to anyone who has attempted to genetically modify or create a new strain of fauna or flora .
This knowledge & accompanying texts are usually removed from the races of the equatorial belt because the equatorial / tropical belts were not meant for human habitation (except for the "d-mned").The environments of the tropics and the equatorial belt can be and ought to be changed (methods of changing the climate and weather are knowledge beyond the scope of this piece).
