Pakistani Security forces have arrested another important Taliban leader of TTP swat. Sher Muhammad Qassab, who was a hard core Militant of Fazalullah with head money of 10 million rupees (around 120,000 dollars), was arrested in a commando operation in Char Bagh area. He was, by a profession a butcher and was famous for beheading soldiers and Police men.
Before Joining TTP swat he was member of Tehrik e Nifaz e Shariat e Muhammadi.
Qasab, who with 15 other Taliban commanders in the northwest district had a price on his head of 10 million rupees (around 120,000 dollars), was seriously injured and arrested in a military operation, the army said in a statement.
Troops encircled him from days. His three sons were also killed on Monday during the operation, a military official told AFP. (Dawn)
In a span of a week three top Militant commanders have been arrested by forces which include Muslim Khan TTP swat Spokesman, Mahmood Khan and today Sher Muhammad Qassab all carrying 10 million Rupee Head Money.
According to reliable sources Fazalullah, Amir of TTP Swat is also in Custody and announcement of his arrest will be made day or two or on the day of Eid ul Fitter as a gift to nation.
In another news(Express news), Today operational Commander, Mohmand Operation , Colonel Saif ullah told media in Mohmand agencys head quarter in Ghalanai in a press conference that 80 % of Mohmand agency has been cleared from Militants. Not more than 100 militants are left in Agency who will be cleared in some time. He also told media that Agency was used by Taliban to supply arms and ammunition from Afghanistan to Bajor agency and Swat and to Khyber agency.
After success in North i.e. Swat, Bajor and in Mohmand Security forces are closing in towards Waziristan Agencies. Security forces have blockaded NWA and SWA since May June of this year.
Pakistani troops are more active in NWA because Americans accuse that they are getting their ***** kicked from Taliban coming to Afghanistan from this side. Troops are engage in fighting forces of Hafiz Gul Bahader and Mollana Sadiq Noon Dawar.
So far we can observe from reports coming in media that low intensity fighting is going on in NWA and many Soldiers of Pakistan have sacrificed their lives for Americans.
In SWA , which is Center of Gravity of TTP Pakistan is only using artillery and Air power to support anti TTP fractions such as Abdullah Mahsud group and Bhitani group. Reports suggest that forces are preparing for land operation.
TTP leadership is hiding and is underground. After the death of Baitullah Mahsud and his Nephew Hakeem Ullah Mahsud, TTP is in process of breakup. All big names during Baitullahs life have become small names hiding from drone or PAF attacks.
Pakistan is in deed winning its War on Terror but US and NATO on other hand are failures. With Info-Centric modern gadgetry and Troops they have turned bad into worst.
