Google is probably among some of the most well known multinational companies in the world, that itself gives them an amazing advantage in markets across the Earth. Google may want to improve & market some of its online services like Google Docs in Pakistan. That is going to be useful for students, & might even decrease piracy. Besides that I think Google needs to focus on the smartphone market in Pakistan. I am aware of the fact that Android is already steadily gaining popularity in Pakistan, but this is a good opportunity to eliminate Nokia's declining influence in the smartphone market of the developing world.

Google's Android is in the best position to do that since it targets users of both high end & low end smartphones. However, Google is going to have to provide all of its Play store services to the Pakistani market. This includes the ability to purchase books & movies. Unlike RIM, that only recently began to focus on the Arabian market after they ended up getting kicked out of America.
