Suppose it was all said and done in 'Josh e khitabat'?
Well, I'm glad they came to their senses, bullet train is a ridiculous idea.
fast communication is not a bad idea.
but claims were false and made a fool out of their supporters !
Bullet trains costs billions. They can be used in countries (like Japan) where businessmen and high valued white collar workers need to get places quick, the maintenance, running and set up costs are huge, hence travelling is costly.
It's all a sum game.
Will getting those people from point A to B, quicker result in a net increase in productivity in your economy?
Sure in places like London, New York, Tokyo. But not in Pakistan.
Couple that with the fact that the ordinary railways are 'mismanaged' to say the least. How can we even consider bullet trains at a time where the ordinary trains are so screwed?
It is a ridiculous idea for now.
