PAF Airforce crash logs

Hi, guys recently I visited a site which had a listing of Pakistani Air Force planes/jets that had crashed over the years along with their dates and reasons. I need to know the date and type of aircraft that crashed anyone know where I can find such info, I know its out there I just can't find it again, please let me know if you happen to have a link or know when how I might be able to find it.

the older the dates the better I'm not interested in crashes that happened after 2000

I'm looking for a particular date, on that date the pilot survived.
