could be for some Mi-17 parts. There is a Mi-17 maintenance facility/depot at Chkalovsky airport i think.

I used to be pretty jealous of PAF for C-130 and F-16s...Very good aircraft..

OT most probably to pick up the spare parts for Mi-17s..

Highly impossible after the JF-17 is being tested with WS-13.
Anyways there were some restrictions on RD-93 due to TOT scare by India.

Spare parts for Mi-17? Likely as a Pakistan Army Aviation Mi-17 Crash landed after fire broke in it.
