ECP saying that UAE and KSA won't allow voting is just hogwash.
Egyptians gave their votes just recently in both UAE and KSA.
I myself gave a vote on Musharraf's referendum in the Dubai consulate.
So now from where are they bringing these self-created excuses? Show me ONE member of either KSA or UAE government saying you can't do this here.
