While many eyes are set on eastern border and LoC, there are individuals who are still focused on the western front. It is believed that situation on LoC on the eastern front is just a distraction to disrupt Afghan Peace process and set the stage for major setback for Pakistan, that could harm us not only Militarily but Economically too.
We all know that ever since PM IK's visit to US, things have taken a turn for worse and State of Pakistan is being attacked from all fronts. TTP, HuA, BLF, LeJ, and not to forget the Indian Army, all the dogs are out to attack and pushing us to a corner. In last two weeks, TTP, BLF, BRA, HuA have carried out major attacks on Pakistan Military that have left many injured and few embraced Shahdat. But in this fog of war something is being planned to hit us even harder.
Above post was shared by Hakkal on their official Telegram channel in the month of June, ever since this post there has been very minor activity by the group. We have had attacks in Balochistan on security forces by the smaller groups like UBA & BLT, that used to be non existent in last 1 year but somehow became active again recently.
BLA conducted two attacks since this post was made public and both of these attacks were on the "Death Squad" members that were supported by the State.
Similar message was shared in the month March in the aftermath of this we had Ormara Massacre in April & PC Gwadar attack in May. between this time the activity of BLA itelself was reduced allot, they were conducting very few hits. One being a hit on BGP - an Oil and Gas survey company operating in Balochistan.
Going further back to 2018, Hakkal started sharing similar messages on it's social media handle in September only to have launched a major attack on Chinese Consulate in November.
Based on the above pattern and the current situation, it is believed that a terrorist attack is imminent on 14th August and target will be in Balochistan / Karachi.
Going by the history of Baloch terrorist groups and their mo, they would target a place that could harm the state of Pakistan economically, something that would impact the investment in Pakistan, it may not even be Chinese project, it can be a project by Saudi Arabia or even Doha.
BLA and it's handlers are smart enough to ensure that the target is hand picked something that could not be classified as terrorist attack in the Media outlets at the International platform instead would show Baloch struggle for freedom. But they are forgetting one important thing and that is BLA is now a designated Terrorist group.
