One thing I can not ever come to terms with is the Russian Empire selling Alaska to America. Had Russia still have Alaska today, the geo-strategic advantage to Russia would've been entirely different. Non the less, people of the world ought to learn more about the history of what became the largest (till this day) on the planet. In particular, Pakistan really ought to develop good, solid relations (social, economic and military) with Russia. We have so much to learn from each, if we can only bring ourselves to be humble and allow our intellect to expand our horizons.

I congratulate Russians, on their victory over enormous adversities they faced in World War ll. Their unmatched sacrifice, the horrors they went through, fighting against Fascism. May God bless you and your people, and may Muslims and Christians learn to become friends and allies of one another, with mutual respect for each other, under faith in the Almighty God! Back in those days Alaska was considered as non-profitable piece of frozen land wich was too hard to defend from Britain and USA. And Russia urgently needed money for building railroads and industrialization.
