Notifications Link is disappearing

Guys the Notifications link on top of the page appears for a second and then disappears. What to do?

My Page Badlo problem is solved.

Seems to be your connection only. Also i don't think your IE is updated to latest version.

Thanks dear. Unfortunately we are not allowed to use chrome.
An alternate I worked out is this:
go to the home page of Pakistan defence forum>press F12 from keyboard>It will pop up a screen with horizonal menu and
some script. Select the last option in horizontal menu - Document Mode:IE 7 standards>change it to IE8 or IE9 standard.>this will refresh the page and notification menu will be visible.
Note: This is a fix for IE only. You need to do it every time you close and open PDF.
