Is it actually possible for any country to not be aligned with either the US-Israel bloc or the Russia-Iran bloc (or Soviet bloc prior to the 90's)?
Why does it seem that every country has to be aligned with one or the other?
Russia and China have big economies
but other countries do also
why does Russia seem to have an influence that is not actually in proportion to its economic size?
are there actually countries which do today or in the past align with neither bloc?
I say this because I might not agree with some things the Chinese government does..... but I'm also not a US-government fan either
are there alternatives to siding with one or the other? are there current or historical examples?
