1.8 million pending cases and rising.
The supreme court alone had 40,000 pending cases last year and this year it has risen to 42000.
Judiciary should do their actual job instead of attacking hospitals and trying to be in media spotlight by creating problems for the military.

Actually there should be a good mechanism where the judiciary faces accountability. No one or no institution shoukd be totally free and above accountability. We all know judges in Pakistan take money too.

.
The problem is Higher judiciary is itself corrupt. Only the Supreme judicial council can remove a sitting Judge. Which they wont and will save their own with technicalities like they are doing with Qazi Faez Eisa.

We are severly short of judges. A judge's daily official roster usually have around 50-70 cases to be adjudged and then there's also a problem with executing the court decrees as most of the time the executive don't pay heed.

IF they do their actual job to some large extent our problems will be slove

Bro if we divert the renovation funds used to make csp's villas and business class offices look more pompous and hire more judges then the larger extent is doable.

Besides hiring a dedicated judicial police
force directly answerable to the district judge and none other is also need of the hour otherwise even after a decade we'd still be lamenting about the sorry state of judicial affairs.
