New turn emerges in Judge video scandal

Justice AtharminAllah at it again. Pakistani justice is fake and laughable.

Especially this judge should be made an example of. He had been reprimanded once by SCP but he is not deterred it seems.

He jumps in to almost every case of Sharif Brothers to provide them relief and pervert the course of justice for the Sharifs.

It pain me to say that about a judge, but this judge's track record demands us to be brutally honest about this Kana Dajjal's appointed judge. Before he became Justice he used to defend Sharifs in talk shows.

He is asking the FIA what is the crime under the FIR!!
Honestly!!
He also passed the comments, that why Judge went there that his video was recorded.
From his initial comments it is clear, he is of the opinion that only Judge Arshad is responsible and in the wrong. But those who filmed him and then blackmailed him are innocent of all wrong doing.

Where is the CJ of SCP!! Why he is not keeping a leash on AtherminAllah!!
If he cannot, why is he not reporting him to supreme judicial council!!

Questions raised by the judge are valid & need to be answered otherwise Defence Consul will use these in cross examination...better if all these loopholes get closed....
If judge was forced / compelled to meet with the Suspect then it is a different situation....if he went there by just to meet an old friend or accomplice, then the suspect had laid the trap for judge ...outcome in each case will be different

I think I understand Laws. I also think I am quite switched on person and have a good sense of right and wrong.

You didn't notice, what I have written. First of all, this judge's track record is abysmal. In the light of his record and his past as a lackie of PMLN, my comments are wholly justified and on the mark. I am sorry if you don't like it. But I have to be honest to myself and have conviction on my own thoughts.

It is a fact that this Judge had already been warned of his behaviour.

Secondly, I am referring to his comments now, whatever happens in the future, we don't know.
His comments to blame the judge and leave out the other culprits who filmed him, tried to bribe and blackmail him, points to his state of mind and his inclinations.

This my friend is not justice, it is mockery of justice.

In my country, both the judge and the other culprits would be sitting in the jail for perverting the course of Justice.

it was never said that the suspects be allowed to walk away from it, he just presented a remark that why Judge arshad was at someone's place only for him to be filmed....

Although i do agree, outside this case, few have made mockery of justice in our country & even many lawyers believe the same.

Pakistani judges have default setting of being slaves to the Sharifs or Zardari. The ones who aren't are just a handful and more of an exception than the rule.


Previous CJ Asif Khota only gave the Panama judgement because Wajid Zia brought a smoking gun of evidence and no judge in the world could have saved Sharif. We all saw Asif Khota's conduct after Panama and how he went back to his default setting of Sharif worship.

This judgement of IHC is enough to cast doubt about the sincerity and legal acumen of the Judges who passed such judgements.

To say that the conviction wouldn't last for long is judging before the event. This is not the job of the judges.

They also passed comments in this case that because the NAB didn't have the value of Sharif's flats in London ready to be presented to the IHC, it means that NAB has failed to provide justifications of charges of "Assets beyond means against the Sharifs".

This is BS. NAB laws very clearly state that it is down to the accused to provide the evidence and justification of their standard of living according to their income. This is a common practice all around the world.
The money laundering rules in the UK, every investor has to provide full details, bank statements and other evidence to justify their investment.

There were so many other proofs available to prove that Sharifs are living beyond their means, not just the purchase of the flats. Even for the Flats the Sharifs had the duty to provide purchase prices and how they financed it.

I give you just one example. Nawaz best ever declared Income throughout his life had been just over 1 crore rupees. Which with today's exchange rate is only £50,000 a year but at the time it was around £80,000 a year.
In the UK almost every good educated person make that sort of money. I made more money than Nawaz did.

Now consider just the air travel of Sharifs in first class. Nawaz couldn't even afford to travel in first class with his declared incomes. Let alone having any assets or lavish life style.

The results of such stupid, partial, twisted judgements resulted the crook Nawaz Sharif fleeing to the UK.
And Maryam out of the jail. It is the same Maryam which presented fake documents in SCP and still walk away free.

Another result of such judgements; yesterday it was revealed that Shahbaz Sharif had been living a lavish life style, maintaining three wives and many residences on the basis of milk sell of 10 Buffalo. This is how to prove someone is not having assets beyond their means!!

Nah. Don't give me that.
Pakistanis needs to learn art of straight thinking.
