LAHORE - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Information Secretary Shafqat Mahmood asked the government on Thursday to implement the Supreme Court’s judgement in the Asghar Khan case and direct the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to investigate all politicians accused of receiving money for the 1990 poll fraud.
Reacting to the Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) senior leader Khurshid Shah’s admission that the government would not investigate Nawaz Sharif in the case, Shafqat said the cat was out of the bag and the secret alliance between the PPP and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) had been fully exposed.
Khurshid had told media on Wednesday that the government did not plan on holding an inquiry into the allegations that Nawaz had received money from intelligence agencies in 1990, as ordered by the Supreme Court. He also said that the case had now been buried.
Shafqat added that the Supreme Court had issued clear directives that all politicians involved in receiving money from the ISI, to rig the 1990 elections, should be investigated by the FIA.
He said the expose by Khurshid was nothing new for the PTI workers, as Imran Khan had already told people that the leadership of both political parties was hand in glove, and they had no intentions of exposing each other’s misdeeds.
“Both parties have been covering up each other’s misdeeds,” he added.
He said that it was pity that the PPP, who had blamed Nawaz for receiving money from the ISI to rig the 1990 polls, was now covering up PML-N’s malpractices.
The PTI leader said the people would never allow these politicians to scratch another’s backs and if no action was taken against the politicians involved then the PTI would decide its future strategy accordingly.

I can ensure you this is not going to happen.. Since that will look like a suicidal attempts for PML-N. But We know that IK hates Nawaz more then Zardari (or any sub ppp), so more likely PPP n PTI pack is expected... PML-N Already shown their all cards to everyone.. PML-N alliance with all other PMLs other then APML, n PML-Q, plus JUI.. also PPP alliances are already shown by them.. The only party left is PTI, who still needs to get out of their own party problems before they can come n even challenge anyone..

PML-N already put hands towards PTI to beat PPP alliance in sindh.. it is PTI who can't see how stronge PPP-ANP-MQM alliance is in Sindh... which will be eventually leading government back to PPP. So far one thing is for sure... PTI is helping PPP alliance more then anyone else for general elections.. since in the end the only thing materz to People is who is ruling...

Not PTI Result, previously they got zero seats n now they got 10..

PTI is only asking for the implementation of court's orders ... Nawaz Sharif is a suspect and he should be investigated (everyone is a suspect until proven guilty) . There is not even a need to be a PTI fan to ask for implenetation of court orders.
