No its not like that. If some high profile terrorist is hiding in Karachi. Then LEA would easily take action against him and nab him. Case closed. Dozens of TTP and AQ leaders have been killed or arrested from Karachi. But can the same be done in Waziristan? The state of Pakistan has no writ in those areas. PTI leaders also know this. But then again. Politics is even more important than speaking the truth.
