Message to Imran Khan from Quetta

. . .
This is establishment. This is ISI. This is not common people of Pakistan.

Hey, when the Sharif's/Bhutto's/Zardari's completely fail at delivering on governance, they have to cling to some nonsensical rhetoric to distract the people from their failures and corruption.

'Democracy is the best revenge' - yep, no electricity, no transport, surging inflation, surging fuel costs, politicized law enforcement .. now please stop taking revenge from the people of Pakistan!

but hey, Zardari said he 'accomplished 80% of his agenda' - and please don't laugh - carefully observe his statement 'accomplished 80% of HIS agenda'.

So lets see:

1. Chateau in France - Check
2. Regular vacations abroad - Check
3. Sparkling white smile - Check
4. Billions of dollars of Pakistani taxpayer money in his bank accounts - Check

See! Agenda almost accomplished!

I have a good feeling about March 23, 2012. There is a lot of vent up frustration inside Quetta. Despite being the provincial capital, & one of the most important cities in the country, it has been hugely neglected by the government. Even though the Baloch nationalists are a brutal lot propped up across the Western border, they are the product of the legitimate grievances of the people. We must realize that we cannot treat Balochistan as the place where we get our gas from, & don't give a crap about them otherwise. I envisage March 23, 2012 to be an even bigger success than the Lahore & Karachi rallies. Once we get a sincere government in power, we can have more accountability in Balochistan, work on the Reko Diq project, expanding the Gwadar sea port project, develop the road infrastructure in Balochistan to connect it to the KKH, along with other projects. The people of Balochistan should be the ones that reap the maximum benefit from these projects.

That would fall under the remaining '20%' - plus being able to rig the elections to ensure another PPP government, or at least ensure a significant number of PPP seats, while allowing the PML-N to 'achieve its agenda'....
