Memebr Reputations ? What are they ?

On the main forum page we see a list of members with the highest reputations. What is that and how is reputation measured ?

So reputation is something an Admin gives ?

I have seen forums where you can give +ve and -ve reps to other members

This could work only in pure social forums where country bias will not come into play-

And yes I agree, if we got +ve -ve thing on this forum now, Indians and Pakistanis both will end up with 0 reps!
