Mainland China by Train

Hey everyone, I will be travelling to Guangzhou,Beijing,Harbin and Shanghai from 18th Feb to 28 Feb 2012.I have got a travel plan but the problem is with purchase of tickets and got no clue how to book my tickets in advance.It will be a time restricted travel have to be in Hong Kong by the noon of 29th Feb.So can anyone help me where to get the tickets booked on-line or in HK.Suggestions or Tips on train travel are welcome.
Travel Plan
20 Feb 2012 - Guangzhou to Beijing on Trains T16/T14/T11/T98A (Soft Sleepers)
23 Feb 2012 – Beijing to Harbin on Trains D25/D603 (Soft First)
24 Feb 2012 – Harbin to Tianjin on Trains T244/T241/T238/T235 (Soft Sleepers)
25 Feb 2012 – Tianjin to Shanghai on Trains G127/G131 (Soft First)
28 Feb 2012 – Shanghai to Shenzhen on Trains T211/T101 (Soft Sleeper)
