ISLAMABAD: Visiting Kashmiri-origin Lord Nazir Ahmed of British House of Lords has appealed Muslim countries to boycott Israel diplomatically over its atrocities in Palestine.
While addressing a news conference here in residence of Former Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhary, he added, emergent session of organizing Islamic Conference should be convened against murder of innocent people in Palestine.
India and Israel are executing atrocities in Palestine and Indian Held Kashmir respectively, he said while asking international community to take notice of this. Terrorism and extremism would be flourished if issue like Palestine and Indian held Kashmir were not resolved, he said. Pakistan, he said, is playing front role in war against menace of terrorism and extremism while US could not take control even 30 Percent area of Afghanistan during last 7 years.
Criticizing Premier Attique-led AJK government, Lord Nazir, said that people of AJK would soon be got rid of the remnants of the dictatorial rule of ex President Gen. Retd. Pervez Musharraf and he would talks to President Asif Ali Zardari in this respect.
He said he would not speak over appointment of Riaz Akhtar as Chief Justice AJK. Attique Administration, Nazir said, involved in massive corruption of billions of rupees therefore they have no legal and constitutional right to stay in power for a minor time.
Speaking on the occasion, Barrister Sultan said India was preparing for launching adventure against AJK by making hue and cry under the bogey of Mumbbai attacks primarily aimed at to divert the attention of the world community from the realities by presenting Kashmiris freedom struggle the product of violence.
He added that in fact Jammu and Kashmir people were fighting from their basic right to self-determination. He pointed out that despite all Indian conspiracies, Kashmiris were continuing their freedom struggle with full vigor and this liberation freedom would continue unless they were granted the due right to decide about their future, he added.
