It depends really. cant use a hammer in every situation.

Iranian intelligence actually has a long history of assasinating leadership of dissident groups. most notabley being shapour bakhtiar.

but also the leadership of the most powerful kurdish terrorist group (PDKI) of the early revolution was slaughtered to the point that the group ceased to function for a decade.

they more recently arrested abdul malik rigi. and god knows how many random parasites have been eliminated without making much headlines.

i actually think this is the handyworkd of Iran. and it something Iran should be proud of. eliminating terrorists is doing gods work..... another rat sent to hell

PDKI was also hit again by missiles a few years ago in a surgical strike.
