KP Chief minister slow response or ignored by federal Govt.

KP chief minister is slow in responding to emergency situations. Whether it is attack on security forces in Bannu or the death of Aitzaz Ahsan, he and his cabinet is slow, aloof and no response attitude.
KP chief minister Pervaiz khattack said he was sidelined by the bureaucracy and the federal government. He and his cabinet did not appear at the scene of Bannu attack. He told the reporters he was told by the Core Commander of Peshawar that it was not necessary. CM forgot one thing, he was the politician not the Core Commander.

This is not due to coalition governments. This is sort of politics going on first in his own party. Imran Khan is doing all the appointments. So he is a sort of dummy CM. This message is also going to the bureaucracy. Bureaucracy is also not responding to him. Federal govt. is also not giving him any response, reason is he is not the front person of his party.
This is what happens when you take positions in the parties like PTI. Only thing he can do is, ignore it he is CM or not, or someone has to give him protocol or not. He has to make his own position. He has to respond to every sort of emergency situation just like ordinary politician. He has to be there. This will give message to his party, bureaucracy and federal government. He has study MQM politicians how they work under the wings of Altaf Hussain. How Ishrat Abad served his ten years of governorship under the wings of Altaf Hussain and also maintained his authority. This is not easy, but he has to do it.

Not really they have to get an authorisation from Buzdil khan .. Aitizaz Ahsan they couldnt do because he was a shia and they cant afford to upset Talibans

This happens in such authoritarian parties. All these party leaders play authoritarian roles. But i have given the example of MQM politicians ( i don't have any affiliation or liking with them), Ishrat Abad, Dr Farooq sattar and Mustafa kamal, i think even under the authoritarian role of Altaff Hussain, they all played a very good role.
What i am trying to say is as a politician, one must have the guts to take stand and do his role.
