Kashmiri Youth [Sheikh Farhat Mehmood] was arrested from Srinagar, Kashmir in 2003.
Farhat was stripped, tortured & kept naked throughout the night in his cell at Presidency Jail, Kolkata, India for Demanding his Rights.
FARHAT's offence:- he protested against the quality of food & demanded his basic rights according to jail rule. Following the 'punishment', Farhat observed a 2-day hunger-strike in the jail.
