Srinagar, Dec 23 (KNS): Senior Hurriyat Conference (M) leader and Democratic Freedom Party president, Shabir Ahmad Shah today said that Brutal and cruel regimes are crumbling in the world, and soon Kashmiri nation will also see the dawn of freedom."
Hinting towards the current ruling government in the state he said that the brutal governments do not liberate their country, and it is the people of those countries who liberate their nations.
Addressing people at Ganderbal, Shah said that the place has very importance in Kashmirs politics and religion. He also said that the people of Ganderbal had always played their part in the freedom struggle and has enormous sacrifices for the cause.
Shah paid glowing tributes to the martyrs of the district who laid their lives for the cause. He hoped that the Kashmiri nation will soon see the dawn of freedom as the sacrifices will not go in vain.
He urged India to show seriousness to solve the Kashmir issue as it an issue of millions of people and not a territorial dispute.
The Hurriyat (M) leader claimed that world has now started considering the seriousness of the Kashmir problem.
He asserted that there will be no peace in south Asia until Kashmir is not solved.
