KABUL, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) -- Afghan President Hamid Karzai and the United States of America are going to ink the controversial security accord known as Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) in near the future, possibly within days, local media reported on Wednesday.
"The United States have agreed to all the conditions put by the government of Afghanistan and the agreement will be signed within days," reported the Daily Wahdat newspaper, citing Governor Sayed Fazlullah Mujadadi of western Herat province.
