Law Minister Farogh Naseem says government is committed to provide all possible facilitation to bar and bench in ensuring speedy justice to the general public.

Addressing Islamabad Bar Council in Islamabad on Thursday, he said judicial complex will be inaugurated in the federal capital this year.

He said all possible efforts will be made to provide space to establish facilitation center for lawyers.

Farogh Naseem said the Bar should be given independent environment.

He said Additional and Assistant Advocate General will also be appointed for the federal capital as per other provinces.

.
Instead of flattering the judiciary why doesn't the honorable federal minister constitute a judicial police force to execute court orders?

. .
Does this judicial police force exist in any country?

United States marshals!

BTW it won't kill us to conduct an administrative experiment and constitute one if there isn't none in any part of the globe. When are we going to end this sluggish and dumb mindset of looking for legitimacy from others? Even for our on initiatives beneficial to ourselves? (not directed at you)

I simply agree that we should develop our own governance systems based in our needs. But the police you suggest is unheard and even unthinkable. I mean police is exactly just for the purpose to Impose judicial laws.
It's weak prosecution that's the problem. Corrupt judiciary and corrupt police that is the problem.
Institutional definienies that is the problem.
We need police reform and judicial reforms. That can't be done unless you have 2/3.majority. Even 2/3 majority won't help. Here media decide what is good and what is bad. Sometimes very good initiative of government is demonised and some very bad initiative is lauded. People whose who journalism is nawaz sherif ko nro hua ke nhn hua would actually decide on big matters such as these and their brokers behind and set the stage for people to what to think shameful.

No they don't! To execute a decree you've to contact the sho of the concerned police station. Who in turn demands favors or could simply delay the process if approached by the judgment debtor or from orders of afsraan e baala meanwhile an appeal is filed in the higher court and the matter lingers on.

A judge can only order for contempt proceedings and may write for an official inquiry to be conducted against the said person but then the judges are always on rotation from one district to another and simply have no personal beef with any of the parties concerned so such inquiry files in most cases are to be consigned to the record room. What do you think it's like to be an sho? Poor guy faces a ton of court cases against him at any given time even after the retirement.

So this new force will release the work load off the police the sole duty of which (the police) must be to only maintain law and order with investigating local crimes. But the csp's deem this kind of initiative as a threat to their power cox the courts deputies shall only be answerable the district judge and not to the rpo/dpo/ccpo.

suppose a lower court judge is corrupt but he can only accommodate a culprit at bail stage if there's an iota of doubt just a lil to completely justify his judgment in front of the high Court judge as the complainant gonna certainly approach the higher froum to have the culprit's bail revoked. Otherwise even a mediocre level miscarriage of justice at trail stage in 90%of the cases would result in his termination - - - - - - - -.

When you are honest you develop enemies in your ranks but when you are corrupt you still manage to offend many who keep on looking for your short comings. It's a slippery slope.
