As someone who traveled to Hyderabad just last week let me tell you it was never PPP made basic highway there till now. Your bhutto was in federal government for 5 years before these 2 that your partner was in. I would stick to pictures of projects that the majority of us can not attest or provide any evidence of their non existence.
