Today Israel claimed 4 projectiles landed in sand in the Galilee and Golan. It made up a bizarre lie that a Palestinian faction from Gaza was behind the fire. This accused faction is the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Which has no military presence at all in Syria , only few officials residing there.

Israel recently deployed iron dome systems around Gaza indicating it is preparing to attack.This perverse fabrication could be used to do another illegal attack.

In the past week, Israeli air strikes have hit Syrian Lebanese border. Therefore if this retaliation is true, Palestinians have no relation to it.

In the meantime, several air strikes are hitting areas in Syria that I'm not aware of.

Btw, recently EU, Turkey, Egypt, US have mediated long term ceasefire in Gaza which was due to he signed within days. And the Netanyahu denied such talks were taking place. Meanwhile the adminstrative detentions keep happening, a hunger strike has suffered brain damage and yet to be released.

Today in Cairo Palestinian factions all signed the agreement and agreed to it. Israel has yet to.

IDF strikes in Syria after four rockets hit northern Israel

Fires started but no casualties as explosions occur in Galilee and Golan Heights; IDF says firing originated in Quinetira area of Syria, where Hezbollah is active.

The IDF struck targets in Syria on Thursday evening after four rockets were fired at northern Israel, with two landing in the Upper Galilee and two in the Golan Heights.
The projectiles landed in open areas and there were no immediate reports of any casualties. One landed near a town, causing a fire.

The IDF said it believed the firing was deliberate and that it was considering retaliatory fire. It also said the firing originated in Syria's Quneitra area, which is under Syrian President Bashar Assad's control and in which according to reports, Hezbollah operatives Samir Kuntar and Mustafa Mughniyeh have free rein.

However, according to the IDF, Islamic Jihad was responsible for the fire, using Iranian funding and direction. The IDF also said it saw Syria as responsible for the fire. Islamic Jihad spokesman Daud Shihab strongly denied that the organization was responsible.

Earlier Thursday, the air force announced it had deployed an Iron Dome missile defense battery to Ashdod in southern Israel. Gaza security coordinators received warnings Wednesday of possible rocket fire from the Gaza Strip.

They said Iron Dome was brought into the field due to the deteriorating condition of Mohammed Allaan, a suspected member of Islamic Jihad who ended his hunger strike Wednesday after more than two months, when Israel declared it was suspending his administrative detention because he had suffered brain damage.

While southern Israel has experienced several rocket sirens in recent weeks, they are rarer in the north. In June, sirens in the north were turned out to be caused by fighting in Syria. In April, two mortars landed in northern Israel, which proved to be errant shells from fighting in Syria.

There are thousands of Nusra terrorists in Jolan area and Israel targets an SAA base for 4 rockets. While SAA was much more advanced missiles in its disposal to target Israel, there is no need to fire 4 junk missles in middle of desert.

It's most likely an inside job (in which Israel is an expert) or their stooges, Nusra front or ISIS did this to make an excuse for attack on SAA base.

Islamic Jihad rejects rocket fire claims as Israel bombs Syria

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- A senior Islamic Jihad leader on Friday rejected Israeli claims that the group fired rockets from Syria into Israel's Galilee region, as Israel's military targeted the Syrian Golan Heights in response.During a conference held in front of the ICRC headquarters in Gaza on Friday in support of Muhammad Allan, Muhammad al-Hind said that Islamic Jihad “resists on Palestinian lands.”
