Iranian-built residential units inaugurated in Venezuela

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez have inaugurated 384 residential units built by Iranian companies in Venezuela.


The residential units were launched via a video conference on the sidelines of the talks between the two countries' delegations in Caracas on Saturday.

During the inauguration ceremony, President Ahmadinejad expressed Iran's preparedness to share its experiences in the field of housing construction with the Latin American country.

Chavez, for his part, emphasized the significance of implementing joint projects, saying it serves the interests of both nations.
