Iran is divided into 2 groups., Hardliners vs Harderliners. Both want the same thing. Both are different side of a same coin. Only difference is that one group (hardliners) want it done smoothly with slow pace keeping a low profile while the other group (harderliners) want it quickly and openly.

Iran won't let Fatemiyoun fight Taliban. They're hardcore veterans just like the Taliban and it will create a heavy mess in Afghanistan. Also, Iran prefers Taliban rule in Afghanistan instead of Massoud who grew up in the lap of French Zionist.
Such divisions or differences exist. And they'll be forgotten after a week. The main Iranian player in Afghanistan is IRGC no matter far fight decides what or moderates decide what. IRGC is currently in honeymoon with Taliban so chill.
As @Valar. Said above, his point is absolutely correct on the line. Iran is trying to play slow and making people believe that they're not entirely inclined towards Taliban just like we did. Reason? Iran is sanctioned as ****. I don't think they'd invite more trouble by telling the world around that IRGC trained Taliban, armed them.
